Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.

To meet the return criteria, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages, or errors in the product you received, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptional/non refundable items
Some types of products cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized products) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific project, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

EU 14 day cooling off period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order for any reason within 14 days without any reason. As mentioned above, your item must remain in the same condition as received, unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 10 working days using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail refunds.
